Return Policy for Merchandise

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns easy and straightforward.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached (where applicable).
• Final Sale items, custom or personalized merchandise, and digital products are not eligible for return.
• Accessories and limited-edition items may be subject to different return conditions. Please refer to the product page for details.

How to Return:

• Start the Return: Contact our customer support or visit our Returns Portal to initiate the process.
• Prepare the Package: Repack the item in its original packaging or equivalent, ensuring it's securely protected.
• Send It Back: Use the prepaid return label (if provided) or ship the package using a carrier of your choice.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive the returned merchandise, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• Want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style? Follow the return steps, and request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.

• Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (for orders placed before 12 PM)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays and external factors.

Shipping Rates:

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $5.99 (free for orders over $50)
• Expedited and Overnight Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

International shipping rates and times will be calculated at checkout and vary based on destination.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship within the United States and select international locations. Please note, some products may be restricted or unavailable in certain regions due to customs or local laws.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Customs and Duties (International Orders):

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country’s customs agency. These are not included in our shipping rates.
